About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the jobholder plans, coordinates and controls all activities related to accounting operations in order to ensure the efficient management of the organization and its subsidiaries.

They are called to:
- Produce financial statements, summary statements and other analysis, profitability and financial management reports;

- Carry out and coordinate the procedures related to obtaining municipal loans and long-term financing thereof;

- Execute and coordinate the financial evaluation of energy projects and participate in investment recommendations submitted to the Board of Directors;

- Ensure the financial and budgetary planning process by analyzing and correcting forecasts;

- Develop and implement re-invoicing procedures for energy projects and monitor them;

- Liaise between the organization and the various related actors such as companies, financial institutions and the external accounting department;

- Monitor any trends in the financial and investment performance of the business and report to management;

- Assume the management of insurance files, the voluntary retirement savings plan and payroll processing;

- Act as a resource person for employees for all questions related to payroll, expense reimbursement and benefits.
