Sema Strategies exclusively offers training tools, educational resources, and strategic consulting services.​ *No Investment Advice: The information, tools (Excel, PDF), and coaching sessions do not, under any circumstances, constitute investment advice, recommendations for the purchase or sale of securities, or investment strategies.

No Brokerage Services: We do not act as a broker, financial intermediary, or fund manager. We never handle or manage client capital.

Nature of Services: Although these tools are designed by a CPA, their use does not replace the advice of a professional tailored to your specific tax, legal, or financial situation. You are solely responsible for the business decisions made following the use of our products.

2. Refund Policy
Digital Products (Excel Templates, PDF Guides, AI Prompts):
Due to the intangible nature of downloadable products and the instant access to content, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible once the download link has been generated or the file has been sent.

Coaching Services:
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed at 100%.

3. Intellectual Property
All products sold on this site are the exclusive property of Sema Strategies. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license for use within your own business.

Prohibition: It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our tools with third parties, whether for free or for payment.

4. Limitation of Liability
Sema Strategies strives to provide tools of the highest quality. However, we do not guarantee any specific financial results (growth, profit, etc.). The user agrees to use these tools "as is" and releases Sema Strategies from any liability in the event of financial loss or management error resulting from their use.

5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute relating to the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montreal.
